We were specifically looking for a pediatric dermatologist who could prescribe a topical treatment for a skin condition. We called and the doctor ensured us the treatment was available and that he was indeed a pediatric dermatologist. However, when we went to the appointment, the doctor said he doesn't even have the treatment in office and he would never recommend the treatment anyways as he isnt a pediatric dermatologist -_- They essentially gave us misinformation just to get us in and bill our insurance. It was a waste of time, especially with a newborn.
On top of that, they wouldnt give us five minutes in the room to feed and calm down the newborn before they kicked us out.
